About Cocotal Golf & Country Club

Located in the Bávaro area of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic sits the 18-hole Cocotal Golf & Country Club. This course has been crafted by the ‘Picasso of golf’, six-time Spanish champion José ‘Pepe’ Gancedo. He has created many fantastic courses including 18 in Spain such as Chaparral Golf Club.

This design at Cocotal Golf & Country Club which is named after the hundreds of coconut trees which are dotted around the fairways, features three loops of nine-holes, and has ensured the trees become a big characteristic of the course, along with Bermuda grass which ensures a consistent playing experience whatever time of year you decide to tee off!

Away from the golf course is a full Proshop along with plenty of practice facilities to get you ready for teeing off such as a driving range, a short game area for chipping and bunker shots, as well as a large putting green.
