Where are great destination in Europe for nightlife?

Spain and Portugal are still the most popular choices for golfers looking for golf and nightlife. If you are looking for plenty of action then Benidorm, Albufeira, Puerto Banus, and Salou are all excellent choices. Nightlife however does not have to mean staying in nightclubs until 4am and rolling onto the tee a few hours later – Murcia’s 525 Square, the Algarve’s Vilamoura, Tavira and Lagos, and Spain’s Marbella all offer plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you entertained.

Where is suitable for a stag or hen party?

We normally suggest Puerto Banus in the Costa Del Sol or Albufeira in the Algarve – both regions are incredibly popular for nightlife with lots of bars and nightclubs as well as a number of golf courses surrounding both towns. Where in the UK would we find nightlife on a golf break?

 

There are a number of areas which offer cracking nightlife – there are a number of golf resorts within 30 minutes of Cardiff which offers lively evenings including the famous Celtic Manor Resort as well as The Vale Resort and Bryn Meadows. Alternative options include York’s nightlife which is increasingly popular with plenty of bars and restaurants as well as some outstanding courses in and round the city including Fulford Golf Club, Ganton, and York Golf Club. Other areas to consider are Southport, Northumberland (pick a resort close to Newcastle) and Leeds.

When is a popular time for a golf and Spa break?

If you are looking to take your break in the UK or Ireland then we suggest taking a break between May and September as this is typically the golf season when the weather is suitable..
