About The Emirates Golf Club Faldo Course

Originally named ‘The Wadi’ derived from the Arabic for Valley and opened in 1996, this is The Emirates Golf Club’s second championship golf course. In 2006 the course was redesigned in a stunning fashion, as the name suggests, by the legendary six-time major champion Sir Nick Faldo.

Measuring in at just over 7,000 yards the Emirates Golf Club Faldo Course is regarded as one of the best golf courses in Dubai. The course itself is littered with everything one expects from a Faldo-designed course. Bunkers galore and a sprinkling of water hazards, combined with trademark Faldo tee positions make this course an exciting and thrilling challenge for all golfing connoisseurs to delve into and enjoy.

Another unique element to the Emirates Golf Club Faldo Course is that is the only course in Dubai that has a fully floodlit 18-hole course, to allow play right through to midnight.

Beyond the course, there is a vast set of services including drinking and dining options to help you unwind after the round, conference and event facilities, a purpose-built golf academy, a floodlit par 3 course, numerous driving ranges and a pro shop.

Everyone on their golf break in Dubai just has to play at Emirates Golf Club – Faldo Course, the unique natural valley provides a great challenge for golfers of all abilities, coupled with the only fully floodlit 18-hole course in Dubai, makes this a real bucket list golf course.
